Bisector App does not collect, store, or transmit any Personal Data to external servers. All data generated by the app remains locally on Your Device. By using the Service, You agree to the handling of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation: The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions: For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application refers to Bisector, the software program provided by Reliance Fiber and Power.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

- Service refers to the Application.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Information Collection
Bisector App does not collect or transmit any personal information. The app does not require account creation or login.
Location Data
The app requests access to your device's location services to provide compass headings and save GPS coordinates with your captures. This location data is:
- Stored locally on your device only
- Never transmitted to our servers or any third parties
- Fully under your control and can be deleted at any time
You can disable location access at any time through your device's Settings.
Camera Access
The app uses your device's camera to display a live viewfinder so you can sight objects while capturing compass bearings. The camera feed is displayed in real-time only and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Device Sensors
The app uses your device's magnetometer (compass), accelerometer, and gyroscope to calculate headings and device orientation. This sensor data is processed locally and is not stored or transmitted.
Data Storage
All capture data (angles, GPS coordinates, timestamps) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to any of your data. You can delete captures at any time within the app.
Network Requests
The app fetches in-app announcements from a public server. This request does not include any personal information or device identifiers. No user data is transmitted.
Third-Party Services
Bisector App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.
